These terms apply when you use the Ki Tov Limited website and mobile app and when you book a consultation. By using the site or booking a session you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About us
Ki Tov Limited is a company registered in Nigeria that provides IT consultancy and software engineering services. Contact: hello@kitovlimited.ng.
What we offer
- Free discovery session: a 15-minute introductory call or chat. It is limited to one per email address.
- Paid consultation: a 60-minute session. To book one, you must first have completed a free discovery session using the same name and email address.
Sessions are held online through the site or app. You are responsible for your own internet connection, and for allowing camera and microphone access if you want to use audio or video.
Booking and using sessions
- Give us accurate details. The name and email you use must be your own or those of the business you represent.
- Keep your session ID private. Anyone with it may be able to join your session.
- Sessions end when the time runs out. Where a session starts late or we ask you to wait, we may reschedule it to a time that works for both sides.
- We may refuse or end a session if someone is abusive, is trying to misuse the service, or is breaking the law.
Prices and payment
The price of a paid consultation is shown before you pay, in Nigerian naira. It may be higher where the business is an established brand. Payments are processed by Flutterwave, and we do not see or store your card or bank details. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified your payment.
If a paid session cannot take place because of a problem on our side, we will reschedule it or refund what you paid. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the session has started.
Our advice
Consultations give you general guidance based on what you tell us. We aim to give sound, careful advice, but we do not guarantee any particular result, and you remain responsible for decisions you make about your business and systems. A consultation is not a contract for development work; any project work is agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access admin areas or other people's sessions, use automated tools to make bookings, or share anything unlawful or harmful during a session.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, and the Ki Tov name and logo belong to us. Ideas and materials you bring to a consultation remain yours. We will treat the business information you share with us in confidence.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control such as network outages. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
